David Wishtischin first began his love for home building while attending the University of Connecticut. Working for a large construction company to help pay for his education. After graduating with honors from the University of Connecticut, he moved to Boston where he attended graduate school at the University of Massachusetts.
David later became a Regional Vice President with one of the largest financial services companies in the world, being a registered principle along with managing a branch office. Through these successful years, David never lost his love for construction, architecture and real estate. In 1997, he started a small company that rehabilitated older single-family homes and rental units in the Boston area.
In 2003, David moved to Southwest Florida where he successfully managed Trinity Development Group and Trinity Homes. Upon retirement of his partners, Dave along with his long time friend, Reed Schweizer, formed Ravenwood Homes, LLC. David is a licensed General Contractor and along with his role as Head of Construction, he also oversees the day to day business operations of Ravenwood Homes.
